Refund Policy

Refunds may only be issued if the order is cancelled within 48hrs notice of delivery date. If the address provided is incorrect we are unable to issue a refund. All flowers are market fresh daily so the recipient gets the longest life possible, however please keep in mind they are real flowers with a limited lifespan. Any issues with longevity do not warrant a refund.
